1. About Modava

Modava is an independently operated fashion-discovery and referral service. While using the Modava mobile application or website, you can discover, filter, save, and explore fashion products offered by independent brands and retailers.

Modava does not sell products or process transactions. Purchases, payments, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties, and related transactions take place directly with the applicable third-party retailer or brand after you select a product or shopping link.

2. Affiliate Links and Commissions

Some links available through Modava are affiliate links. If you select an affiliate link and complete a purchase or another qualifying action with the retailer, Modava may receive a commission or other compensation from the retailer or an affiliate network.
